| 目的:总结超声在脊髓性肌萎缩症鞘内注射的实践经验。方法:回顾性分析贵州中医药大学第二附属医院3 例超声引
导下鞘内注射诺西那生钠的脊髓性肌萎缩症患儿临床资料,并检索文献分析讨论超声在低龄、肥胖、脊柱畸形3 类患儿椎管内
穿刺的可行性。结果:本研究3 例患儿均在超声辅助下安全完成了诺西那生钠鞘内注射,且无并发症发生。结论:超声引导下
鞘内注射诺西那生钠治疗脊髓性肌萎缩症患儿具有显著疗效和安全性,尤其在低龄、肥胖、脊柱畸形等穿刺难度较高的患儿中
优势显著,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective: To summarize the practical experience of ultrasound application in intrathecal injection for spinal muscular
atrophy. Methods: Retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 3 children with spinal muscular atrophy who received
ultrasound-guided intrathecal injection of nusinersen at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese
Medicine. Literature was retrieved to analyze and discuss the feasibility of ultrasound in spinal canal puncture for children with young
age, obesity, and spinal deformity. Results: All 3 children successfully completed ultrasound-guided intrathecal injection of nusinersen
without complications. Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided intrathecal injection of nusinersen demonstrates efficacy and safety in the
treatment of children with spinal muscular atrophy, particularly showing significant advantages in those with high puncture difficulty,
such as young age, obesity, and spinal deformity, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
