国家医保药品目录中儿童止咳平喘类中成药的组方规律

摘要:
目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析《国家基本医疗保险、工伤保险和生育保险药品目录(2023 年版)》(以下简称“国家医保药 品目录”)中儿童止咳平喘类中成药的组方规律。方法:筛选国家医保药品目录中的儿科专用制剂,统计药物功效、性味归经频 次,运用SPSS Modeler 18. 0 软件和IBM SPSS 27. 0 软件进行关联规则与聚类分析。结果:纳入18 种儿童相关的止咳平喘类中 成药,涉及82 味中药(共出现180 次),高频药物为甘草(13 次)、苦杏仁(12 次)、麻黄(10 次)、石膏(10 次)。关联规则分析显 示组方多基于麻杏石甘汤加减。结论:麻杏石甘汤对现代儿童止咳平喘中成药组方设计具有指导价值;核心组方( 麻杏石甘 汤)的挖掘结果对于医疗机构中成药处方筛选具有重要的参考价值。

Formulation Rules of Pediatric Cough-Relieving and Asthma-Alleviating Chinese Patent Medicines in theNational Reimbursement Drug List

Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the compatibility patterns of pediatric cough-relieving and asthma-alleviating Chinese patent medicines listed in the Medicine List for National Basic Medical Insurance, Employment Injury Insurance and Maternity Insurance (2023 edition) (hereinafter referred to as “the National Reimbursement Drug List”) based on data mining techniques. Methods: Pediatric-specific preparations in the National Reimbursement Drug List were screened. The medicinal efficacy, properties, flavors, and meridian tropisms were statistically analyzed. Association rule mining and cluster analysis were performed by using SPSS Modeler 18. 0 and IBM SPSS 27. 0. Results: Eighteen pediatric cough-relieving and asthma-alleviating Chinese patent medicines were enrolled, including 82 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines (180 times in total). High-frequency traditional Chinese medicines were respectively licorice(13 times), Amygdalus communis vas (12 times), Ephedra herba (10 times), and Gypsum fibrosum (10 times). Association rule analysis revealed that formulations were predominantly based on modification of Maxing Shigan decoction. Conclusion: Maxing Shigan decoction holds fundamental guiding significance for the formulation design of modern Chinese patent medicines targeting pediatric cough-relieving and asthma-alleviating. The mining results of core formulas have significant reference value for the screening of Chinese patent medicines prescriptions in medical institutions.
