| 目的:探讨儿童乳牙慢性根尖周炎的有效治疗方法。 方法:采用回顾性研究方法,选取我院 2022 年 10 月至 2024 年 10 月治疗的 92 例乳牙慢性根尖周炎患儿,根据治疗方案分为对照组 45 例(采用氢氧化钙糊剂根管填充治疗)和观察组 47 例(采 用复方茶多酚含漱液联合氢氧化钙糊剂根管填充治疗),比较两组疗效。 结果:观察组总有效率为 93. 62%,高于对照组的 77. 78%(P<0. 05)。 治疗 7 d 后,观察组患儿牙龈红肿、疼痛、叩痛评分及牙齿松动程度均低于对照组(P<0. 05)。 治疗 7 d 后, 观察组血清白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、超敏 C 反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均低于对照组(P<0. 05)。 结论:复方茶多酚含漱液联合氢 氧化钙糊剂根管填充治疗乳牙慢性根尖周炎患儿疗效显著,可明显缓解疼痛,降低牙齿松动程度,减轻炎症反应。 |

| Efficacy of Compound Tea Polyphenol Mouthwash Combined with Calcium Hydroxide Paste for Root Canal Filling in the Treatment of Children with Chronic Apical Periodontitis of Primary Teeth |

| Objective: To explore the effective treatment methods for children with chronic apical periodontitis of primary teeth. Methods: Retrospective research method was used, a total of 92 children with chronic apical periodontitis of primary teeth admitted into our hospital from Oct. 2022 to Oct. 2024 were extracted to be divided into the control group (45 cases, treated with calcium hydroxide paste for root canal filling) and observation group (47 cases, treated with compound tea polyphenol mouthwash combined with calcium hydroxide paste for root canal filling) according to different treatment regimens. The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was 93. 62%, higher than 77. 78% of control group (P<0. 05). After treatment of 7 d, the scores for gingival redness, pain, percussion pain, and tooth mobility in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0. 05). After treatment of 7 d, the levels of serum interleukin-18 (IL-18) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in observation group were lower than those in control group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The efficacy of compound tea polyphenol mouthwash combined with calcium hydroxide paste for root canal filling in the treatment of children with chronic apical periodontitis of primary teeth is significant, which can significantly relieve pain, improve tooth mobility, and reduce inflammatory reactions. |
