红斑狼疮(SLE)患儿的药学教学查房过程,分析不同病情阶段的药物治疗问题,总结基于问题教学法在临床实践中的实施流程
与关键要点。结果:带教老师通过对临床重度SLE 复杂病例的药学教学查房实践,提炼出基于问题的教学法。用此方法教学查
房带教期间患者、带教老师、学员三者皆能获益:患儿获得规范化和个体化药学监护,提高了用药安全性与依从性;带教老师制
定了结构化的查房教学流程,增强了问题引导与过程评价等教学能力,提升了带教的规范性与效率;学员围绕真实临床问题开
展学习,进行文献检索、药学循证证据分析、个体化治疗方案评估及药学监护能力明显提高。结论:药学教学查房过程中采用基
于问题的教学法,有助于提高对患儿的药学监护质量及学员的临床实践能力,优化教学效果,具有一定的推广价值。 |

| Application of Problem-Based Learning Method in the Pharmaceutical Teaching Rounds for Children withSevere Systemic Lupus Erythematosus |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To probe into the application effect and feasibility of problem-based learning method in the practical skills
training of pediatric clinical pharmacists. Methods: A retrospective analysis of pharmaceutical teaching round process for a pediatric
patient with severe systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) was undertaken, focusing on drug treatment issues at different stages of the
disease. The implementation process and key points of the problem-based learning method in clinical practice were summarized.
Results: The clinical preceptor, through the pharmaceutical teaching rounds of complex cases, summarized a problem-based learning
method. During teaching rounds, the patient, the preceptor, and trainees all benefited. Patients received standardized and
individualized pharmaceutical care, resulting in improved medication safety and compliance. The preceptor established a structured ward
round teaching process, enhanced problem guiding and process evaluation teaching abilities, and improved the standardization and
efficiency of teaching. Trainees centered their learning around real clinical problems and skills in literature retrieval, evidence analysis of
pharmaceutical science, evaluation of individualized treatment plans, and pharmaceutical care had been significantly improved.
Conclusion: The use of problem-based learning method during pharmaceutical teaching rounds can help to improve the quality of
pharmaceutical care for patients and clinical practice abilities in trainees, and optimize teaching effects, indicating potential value for
wider promotion. |
