| 目的:探究孤独症患儿睡眠障碍的有效治疗方法。方法:选取我院2024 年1 月至2025 年1 月收治的92 例具有睡眠障碍的孤独症患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组各46 例。对照组给予穴位贴敷治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)。比较两组治疗效果、儿童自闭症行为量表( ABC) 评分、儿童睡眠习惯问卷( CSHQ) 评分、家庭睡眠习惯调查(FISH)评分情况。结果:治疗8 周后,观察组总有效率为91.30%(42/ 46),高于对照组的71. 74%(33/ 46),差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);ABC 量表中运动、语言、感觉评分,CSHQ 评分中就寝习惯、睡眠持续时间、入睡潜伏期、夜醒、睡眠呼吸障碍、异态睡眠评分低于对照组(P<0. 05);FISH 评分中白天习惯、睡眠环境、入睡前习惯评分高于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论:rTMS 联合穴位贴敷治疗具有睡眠障碍的孤独症患儿可以调节神经系统功能,有效改善睡眠障碍,提高睡眠质量,促进患儿整体康复。 |

| Efficacy of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Sleep Disorders in Children with Autism |

| Objective: To probe into the effective treatment methods for sleep disorders in children with autism. Methods: Totally 92 autistic children with sleep disorder admitted into our hospital from Jan. 2024 to Jan. 2025 were extracted to be randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupoint application, while the observation group received repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, Autism Behavior Checklist (ABC) score, Children’s Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ) score, and Family Inventory of Sleep Habits (FISH) score of two groups were compared. Results: After 8 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 91. 30% (42/ 46), higher than 71. 74% (33/ 46) of the control group (P<0. 05); the scores for exercise, language and sensation in the ABC assessment, the scores for bedtime habits, sleep duration, sleep latency, night awakenings, sleep breathing disorders and abnormal sleep in the CSHQ assessment were lower than those of control group (P<0. 05); the daytime habits, sleep environment, and pre-sleep habits in the FISH assessment were higher than those of control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion: rTMS combined with acupoint application in the treatment of autistic children with sleep disorder can regulate the function of nervous system, effectively improve the
sleep disorder of children, improve the quality of sleep, and promote the overall rehabilitation of children. |
