| 目的:基于不同指南对新生儿肠外营养(PN)处方的合格率进行审査并比较,为解决药师在审方或处方点评时与临床医 师产生的争议提供参考。 方法:本研究以我院新生儿 PN 处方为样本,基于不同指南对处方合理性参数包括热氮比、氨基酸浓 度、糖脂比、阳离子浓度等 4 个方面进行比较分析。 结果:参考不同的指南推荐,处方合格率差值可达 40%。 结论:针对新生儿 PN 处方的审核,仅仅依靠某一个指南会存在较大的局限性,需要结合多个有效的研究进行处方审核或点评。 |

| Objective: To review and compare the compliance rate of neonatal parenteral nutrition (PN) prescriptions based on different guidelines, and to provide reference for resolving disputes between pharmacists and clinicians during prescription review or prescription evaluation. Methods: Based on different guidelines, the rationality of neonatal PN prescriptions in our hospital were compared and analyzed from four aspects, including heat-nitrogen ratio, amino acid concentration, sugar-lipid ratio and cation concentration. Results: By referring to different guidelines, the difference of compliance rate of prescriptions could be as high as 40%. Conclusion: For the review of neonatal PN prescriptions, there will be great limitations only by relying on a certain guideline, and more effective research is needed to review or evaluate on the prescription. |
