| 目的:分析临床药师参与脑膜败血伊丽莎白菌致新生儿脑膜炎抗感染治疗的药学服务。方法:临床药师通过查阅文献,
与医师共同制定脑膜败血伊丽莎白菌致新生儿脑膜炎抗感染治疗方案,并通过血药浓度监测、不良反应预防等为患儿提供全病
程多维度的药学服务。结果:以万古霉素联合头孢哌酮/ 舒巴坦为基础的抗感染治疗方案疗效确切,且未发生明显药物不良反
应。结论:临床药师作为医疗团队的一员,可在优化治疗方案、监测药物浓度、识别和处理不良反应、患者用药宣教等多环节发
挥积极作用,促进医疗质量的提高。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To analyze the pharmaceutical services provided by clinical pharmacists in the anti-infective treatment of neonatal
meningitis induced by Elizabethkingia meningoseptica. Methods: By reviewing the literature and collaborating with clinicians, clinical
pharmacists participated into the formulation of anti-infective treatment regimen for E. meningoseptica. Multi-dimensional pharmaceutical
services was provided throughout the treatment course, including therapeutic drug monitoring and adverse drug reaction prevention.
Results: The anti-infective regimen based on vancomycin combined with cefoperazone/ sulbactam achieved significant therapeutic
efficacy, with no occurrence of adverse drug reactions. Conclusion: As integral members of the healthcare team, clinical pharmacists
can play an active role in optimizing treatment protocols, monitoring drug concentrations, identifying and managing adverse drug
reactions, and providing patient medication education, thereby promoting the improvement of medical quality. |
