| 摘要: |
| 注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)是常见的儿童神经发育障碍,患病率约6. 26%,然而国内目前尚缺乏一部严格遵循国际标
准、系统整合诊疗全流程并充分结合本土需求的临床实践指南。为推动中国儿童青少年ADHD 诊疗服务的规范化和同质化,
在科技部国家重点研发计划与重庆市技术创新与应用发展专项的联合支持下,由国家儿童健康与疾病临床医学研究中心(重
庆医科大学附属儿童医院)牵头,联合国内儿童发育行为、儿童保健、儿童神经、儿童精神及教育心理学等领域的多学科专家,共
同发起制订《中国儿童青少年注意缺陷多动障碍诊断、评估与治疗临床实践指南(2025 版)》。本计划书旨在报告该指南制订的
背景与意义、工作组的构建、临床问题的确定、证据的检索与评价以及推荐意见的形成与共识达成等关键方法和流程。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: Attention-deficit/ hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), a common neurodevelopmental disorder in children, has a
prevalence of approximately 6. 26% in China. However, there is a lack of clinical practice guidelines that rigorously adhere to
international standards, systematically integrate the entire process of diagnosis and treatment, and are fully adapted to the local context.
To promote the standardization and homogenization of ADHD healthcare services for children and adolescents in China, the National
Clinical Research Center for Child Health and Disorders (Children’ s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University) has initiated the
development of the Clinical Practice Guideline for the Diagnosis, Assessment, and Treatment of ADHD in Children and Adolescents in
China (2025 Edition). This initiative, jointly supported by the National Key R&D Program and the Chongqing Technology Innovation
and Application Development Program, convenes a multidisciplinary panel of experts in developmental-behavioral pediatrics, child
healthcare, neurology, psychiatry, and educational psychology. This protocol paper aims to report the key methodology and procedures
for the guideline’ s development, including its background and rationale, composition of working group, formulation of clinical
questions, retrieval and appraisal of evidence, and process for forming recommendations and achieving consensus. |
