| 目的:探讨小儿生血糖浆联合多维铁治疗缺铁性贫血(IDA)患儿的临床疗效。方法:选取81 例IDA 患儿随机分为多维
铁组和联合组,多维铁组采用多维铁治疗,联合组采用小儿生血糖浆联合多维铁治疗,比较两组患儿疗效、铁参数及血小板参数
变化情况。结果:联合组总有效率为95. 12%,高于多维铁组的77. 50%(P<0. 05)。治疗后,联合组中医证候总积分低于多维铁
组(P<0. 05);联合组患儿血红蛋白(Hb)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含
量(MCH)、血清铁(SI)及铁蛋白(SF)水平均高于多维铁组,转铁蛋白(TRF) 水平低于多维铁组(均P<0. 05);联合组患儿血小
板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)及血小板分布宽度(PDW)水平均低于多维铁组(均P<0. 05)。结论:小儿生血糖浆联合
多维铁治疗IDA 患儿疗效显著,可提高Hb 水平,改善铁代谢及血小板参数。 |

| Randomized Controlled Trial of Xiao ’ er Shengxue Syrup Combined with Multivitamin Iron in theTreatment of Children with Iron Deficiency Anemia |

| Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiao’er Shengxue syrup combined with multivitamin iron in the treatment of
children with iron deficiency anemia (IDA). Methods: Totally 81 children with IDA were randomly divided into the multivitamin iron
group and combined group, the multivitamin iron group was treated with multivitamin iron, while the combined group received Xiao’er
Shengxue syrup combined with multivitamin iron. The efficacy, changes in iron parameters and platelet parameters of two groups were
compared. Results: The total effective rate of combined group was 95. 12%, higher than 77. 50% of multivitamin iron group (P<0. 05).
After treatment, the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in combined group was lower than that in multivitamin iron group
(P<0. 05), the levels of hemoglobin (Hb), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC),
mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), serum iron (SI), and serum ferritin (SF) in combined group were higher than those in
multivitamin iron group, while the level of transferrin (TRF) was lower than that in multivitamin iron group (P<0. 05). After treatment,
the levels of platelet (PLT), mean platelet volume (MPV), and platelet distribution width (PDW) in combined group were lower than
those in multivitamin iron group (P<0. 05). Conclusion: The efficacy of Xiao’er Shengxue syrup combined with multivitamin iron in the
treatment of children with IDA is significant, which can increase the level of Hb, improve iron metabolism and platelet parameters. |
