| 为规范儿童急性肾损伤(AKI)的诊疗流程、提高早期识别率、优化全程管理策略并最终改善患儿预后,由儿童少年健康 与疾病国家临床医学研究中心(重庆医科大学附属儿童医院)联合儿科肾脏病学领域专家,共同发起制订《儿童急性肾损伤诊 治循证指南(2026 版)》。 重庆医科大学附属儿童医院儿童卓越证据与指南协同创新实验室为指南提供方法学支持。 本计划书 系统阐述了指南制订的目标与流程,重点包括指南注册、工作组组建、利益冲突管理、临床问题遴选与确定、证据检索评价与综 合、推荐意见形成与共识等关键环节。 本计划书旨在为后续指南的正式制订提供透明的路线图与方法学保障。 |

| Abstract: |
| To standardize the diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for children with acute kidney injury ( AKI), enhance early detection rates, optimize comprehensive management strategies, and ultimately improve patients’ outcomes, the National Clinical Research Center for Children and Adolescents’ Health and Diseases ( Children’ s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University) has collaborated with experts in Pediatric Nephrology to initiate the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Management of Children with Acute Kidney Injury (2026 Edition). The Chevidence Lab of Child & Adolescent Health, Children’ s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, provides comprehensive methodological oversight and support throughout the guideline development process. This protocol delineates the objectives and procedures for guideline development, critical components including guideline registration, establishment of working groups, conflict-of-interest management, identification and prioritization of clinical questions, evidence retrieval, appraisal, and synthesis, and formation and consensus of recommendation opinions. The publication of the protocol aims to provide a transparent roadmap and methodological assurance for the subsequent formal guideline development. |
