| 目的：探讨我院儿科住院患者热毒宁注射液应用现状及合理性，为促进临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用回顾性分析方法，利用医院信息系统（HIS）选取我院2016-2018年儿科使用热毒宁注射液的300例患儿临床资料，收集性别、年龄、过敏史、入院诊断、用法用量、用药疗程及不良反应发生情况等，利用SPSS 17.0统计学软件分析数据。结果：热毒宁注射液在我院儿科中的应用较为广泛，300份病历中，无适应证用药15例（5.0%），给药剂量偏小36例（12.0%），溶媒使用不当1例（0.3%），且普遍存在过度稀释、疗程过长、未注明滴速等问题。结论：我院热毒宁注射液的应用存在不合理现象，临床医师应根据辨病辩证相结合的原则严格把握适应证，掌握正确的用法用量，重视给药剂量及稀释倍数对疗效的影响，并根据患儿病情及时停药。 |

| Application Rationality of Reduning Injection in Pediatric Inpatients of Our Hospital |

| Objective: To probe into the application status and rationality of Reduning injection in pediatric inpatients of our hospital, so as to provide reference for promoting the rational application of drugs in clinical practice. Methods: Clinical data of 300 children received Reduning injection in our hospital from 2016 to 2018 were analyzed retrospectively from hospital information system (HIS). Gender, age, history of allergy, admission diagnosis, usage and dosage, duration of medication and incidence of adverse drug reactions were collected. SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data. Results: Reduning injection was widely used in the pediatrics of our hospital. Among the 300 medical records, 15 cases (5.0%) had no indications, 36 cases (12.0%) were given lower doses, and 1 case (0.3%) had improper use of solvent. Meanwhile, problems such as excessive dilution, long course of treatment, and no indication of dripping rate were common. Conclusion: There are irrational phenomena in the application of Reduning injection in our hospital. Clinicians should strictly grasp the indications according to the principle of dialectical combination, master the correct usage and dosage, pay attention to the influence of the dosage and dilution ratio on the efficacy, and stop the drug in time according to the condition of the child. |
