| 目的：了解湖州市妇幼保健院新生儿科口服药物分剂量使用的情况及存在问题，提出合理建议，为临床用药提供参考。方法：统计分析2017-2019年新生儿科所有分剂量口服药物医嘱条目，包括使用频次、剂量规格、分剂量方法，并进行文献分析。结果：目前新生儿科进行分剂量操作的口服药物共有12种，占院内全部口服药物的6.22%。采取的分剂量方法包括直接掰分、磨粉分包、临时调配液体制剂、颗粒剂散剂目测估计法。结论：分剂量操作过程中剂量准确性、微生物限度、药品储存稳定性及安全性仍存在着多种问题，应根据药物的特性选择合适分剂量方法，探索分剂量的标准流程，有助于提高新生儿用药的安全和有效性。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To investigate the status and existing problems of drug manipulation for oral dosing in neonatology department of Huzhou Maternal & Child Health-Care Hospital, to put forward rational suggestions, so as to provide reference for clinical drug use. Methods: Statistical analysis was performed on medical orders of drug manipulation for oral dosing in neonatology department from 2017 to 2019, including frequency of use, dose specification and dosing method, and literature analysis was conducted. Results: There were 12 kinds of oral drugs in neonatology department, accounting for 6.22% of all oral drugs in our hospital. The dosing methods included direct breaking, grinding and sub-packaging, temporary preparation of liquid preparations, and visual estimation of granules and powders. Conclusion: There are still various problems in dose accuracy, microorganism limited, drug storage stability and safety during the process of drug manipulation. Suitable drug manipulation methods should be selected according to the characteristics of drugs, and the standard process of drug manipulation should be explored to help improve the safety and effectiveness of medication in neonates. |
