三类银杏叶制剂的总黄酮含量比较分析

摘要:
目的:通过测定市售三类剂型8种银杏叶制剂总黄酮的含量,比较分析不同剂型不同厂家银杏叶制剂的质量差异。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,使用Hypersil C18柱(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-5%磷酸溶液(50∶50),流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为360 nm,柱温为30 ℃,测定8种银杏叶制剂中槲皮素、异鼠李素、山奈素的含量及总量,并比较其含量差异。结果:市售三类8种不同品牌的银杏叶制剂总黄酮含量均符合标准。片剂中槲皮素含量较高,总黄酮含量较分散片略低;分散片的山奈素含量较高,总黄酮含量相对较高;软胶囊的总黄酮含量相对较低。结论:利用高效液相色谱法测定不同银杏叶制剂总黄酮含量,方法灵敏,操作方便,可以比较分析不同市售银杏叶制剂的质量。

Abstract:
Objective: To analyze and compare the contents of total flavonoids in the three kinds of ginkgo leaf preparation. Methods: The contents analysis of quercetin, isorhamnetin and kaempferol in each kinds of ginkgo leaf preparation were performed by HPLC with methanol/5% phosphate (50∶50), Hypersil C18(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm), flow rate of 1 mL/min, detection wavelength of 360 nm, column temperature 30 ℃. Results: The contents of total flavonoids in the three kinds of ginkgo leaf preparation were all meeting certain. The high contents of quercetin were detected in tablets, but the contents of total flavonoids were slight low. The high contents of quercetin were detected in dispersible tablet and the contents of total flavonoids were high. The contents of total flavonoids were low in soft capsules. Conclusion: Our present study demonstrates a simple and reliable method to analyze and compare the contents of total flavonoids in ginkgo leaf preparation by using HPLC method.
