| 目的:分析阿奇霉素与羚贝止咳糖浆联合治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的安全性和有效性,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:选择我院2014年9月至2015年12月收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿84例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各42例,对照组给予静脉滴注阿奇霉素治疗,观察组给予阿奇霉素联合羚贝止咳糖浆治疗,分析两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:观察组患儿治疗痊愈率(52.4%)和总有效率(97.6%)显著高于对照组的痊愈率(23.8%)和总有效率(81.0%)。治疗前两组患儿干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素(IL)水平无明显差异,治疗后观察组IFN-γ、IL-2 水平分别为(40.56±6.19)pg/mL、(29.69±4.15)pg/mL,高于对照组的(26.58±3.57)pg/mL、(21.64±2.37)pg/mL(P<0.05),治疗后观察组IL-4、IL-6水平分别为(35.26±4.19)pg/mL、(49.51±6.62)pg/mL,低于对照组的(56.75±6.37)pg/mL、(59.61±7.23)pg/mL(P<0.05)。观察组患儿咳嗽、发热、肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素联合羚贝止咳糖浆治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎,能够提高治疗效果,同时缩短治疗时间。 |

| Objective: To analyze the safety and effectiveness of azithromycin combined with Lingbeizhike syrup for Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods:Eighty-four children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia from September 2014 to December 2015 were selected, all children were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given intravenous azithromycin, observation group was given azithromycin combined with Lingbeizhike syrup, the effects of two groups were compared. Results: The cure rate (52.4%) and the total effective rate (97.6%) in observation group were significantly higher than control group (23.8% and 81.0%, P<0.05). Before treatment, the IFN-γand interleukin of two groups children had no significant differences (P>0.05). After treatment, IFN-γ(40.56±6.19) pg/mL, IL-2 (29.69±4.15)pg/mL in the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group ((26.58±3.57)pg/mL and (21.64±2.37)pg/mL, P<0.05), IL-4 (35.26±4.19)pg/mL, IL-6 (49.51±6.62)pg/mL of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group ((56.75±6.37)pg/mL and (59.61±7.23)pg/mL, P<0.05). The cough, fever, pulmonary rales disappeared time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Azithromycin combined with Lingbeizhike syrup for pediatric Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia can improve the effect and shorten the treatment time. |
