槐杞黄颗粒对嘌呤霉素肾病大鼠尿蛋白和血清白蛋白水平的影响

摘要:
目的:检测槐杞黄颗粒对嘌呤霉素肾病大鼠尿蛋白及血清白蛋白水平的影响,探讨槐杞黄颗粒治疗肾病综合征的作用机制。方法:将60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组和槐杞黄组各20只,除对照组外,其余两组大鼠分别一次性腹腔注射嘌呤霉素15 mg/100 g,对照组和模型组分别用同等剂量蒸馏水和槐杞黄颗粒(2 g/ kg)灌胃,比较三组大鼠24 h尿蛋白定量和血清白蛋白水平。结果:模型组和槐杞黄组24 h 尿蛋白定量高于对照组(P<0.05),第2天、第5天和第10天模型组24 h尿蛋白定量较槐杞黄组增多(P<0.05),第15天和第20天模型组和槐杞黄组24 h尿蛋白定量比较差异无统计学意义(P>005);血清白蛋白水平模型组和槐杞黄组较对照组低(P<0.05),槐杞黄组较模型组高,第2天模型组和槐杞黄组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其后时间点两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:槐杞黄颗粒可以减少肾病综合征大鼠蛋白尿的排出和提高嘌呤霉素肾病大鼠血清白蛋白水平。

Effects of Huaiqihuang Granule on Urinary Protein and Serum Albumin in Rat Puromycin Nephropathy

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the influence of Huaiqihuang granule on urinary protein and serum albumin in rat puromycin nephropathy, to explore the mechanism to nephritic syndrome. Methods: Sixty SD female rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, model group, Huaiqihuang group. Except control group, the other two groups were injected with a single dose of 15 mg/100 g puromycin, and were treated by the same dose of distilled water and Huaiqihuang granule(2 g/kg)gavage. Three groups were compared 24 h urine protein quantity and serum albumin level. Results: The 24 h urine protein quantity of model group and Huaiqihuang group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), the 24 h urine protein quantity of model group was higher than Huaiqihuang group on the 2nd , 5th and 10th day (P<0.05). Between the model group and Huaiqihuang group on the 15th and 20th day, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). The levels of serum albumin in model group and Huaiqihuang group were lower than the control group (P<0.05), the difference between model group and Huaiqihuang group was not statistically significant on the 2nd day (P>0.05), there were statistical significance differences between the two groups on the 5th , 10th , 15th and 20th day (P<0.05). Conclusion: Huaiqihuang granule can reduce urinary protein and improve serum albumin level of puromycin nephropathy rat.
