| 目的:探索临床营养药师在小儿肿瘤科对儿童肿瘤患者开展营养药学服务的工作模式。方法:通过临床营养药师参与小儿肿瘤科治疗团队,结合儿童肿瘤患者营养状态,对儿童肿瘤综合治疗中肿瘤患儿进行营养支持治疗和监护,并通过自身工作实践进行总结分析,形成临床药师在小儿肿瘤科开展药学服务工作的新模式。结果:在临床药师积极参与下,使肿瘤患儿的营养支持治疗个体化,使患儿肿瘤综合治疗达到预期效果。结论:临床药师在小儿肿瘤科开展的药学服务新模式有利于提高临床药学服务水平。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To study the work model of pharmaceutical care by clinical nutrition pharmacists to children with cancer in pediatric oncology. Methods: Clinical nutrition pharmacists provided nutritional support and care by participating with pediatric oncology treatment team and integrating the nutritional status characteristics during the treatment to children cancer patients. Based on the analysis of these working practices, clinical nutrition pharmacists developed a new work model in serving at pediatric oncology to children with cancer. Results: In the active participation of clinical nutrition pharmacists, nutrition support to children with cancer was individualized and led to the achievement of desired effect on children comprehensive cancer treatment. Conclusion: The new work model of clinical nutrition pharmacists providing pharmaceutical care at pediatric oncology will help to improve the conduct of clinical pharmacy services. |
