| 目的:对我院门诊口服中成药处方进行统计分析,了解儿科门诊中成药应用情况,促进中成药合理用药。方法:随机抽取我院2014年归档门诊处方2 051张,统计口服中成药使用率,参照相关文件进行点评分析。结果:我院门诊口服中成药使用率为43.8%,涉及28种制剂,其中80.3%的处方联合使用西药,62.6%的处方联合使用注射剂,30.3%的处方联合使用中药注射剂, 35.4%的处方联合使用抗菌药物,39.3%的处方为两种或两种以上口服中成药联合应用;在使用口服中成药的处方中,<1岁的婴儿患者比例为34.9%,1~3岁患儿的比例为28.8%。结论:我院门诊中成药使用存在不合理现象,临床医师需加强中医药理论的学习,严格辨证施治。 |

| Objective: Analyze the prescription of oral Chinese medicine in our hospital, and to understand the application of Chinese patent medicine in outpatient department of pediatrics, and promote the rational use of drugs. Methods: A total of 2,051 outpatient prescriptions were randomly selected from our hospital in 2014, and the use rate of oral Chinese patent medicine was statistically
analyzed. Results: The use rate of oral medicine in our hospital was 43.8%, involving 28 kinds of drugs, including 80.3% prescriptions combined with Western medicine, 62.6% of which were combined with injection, 30.3% of which were combined with Chinese medicine injection, 35.4% of which were combined with antibiotics, 39.3% of which were two or more than two in combination. The proportion of infants aged 1 to 3 was 28.8%. Conclusion: The unreasonable use of medicine in our hospital outpatient prescription was existed, doctors need to strengthen the study of TCM theory, strict dialectical. |
