| 目的:探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法:2013年4月至2015年11月我院共接诊黄疸新生儿527例,从中随机抽取180例患儿分为观察组和对照组各90例,对照组口服茵栀黄口服液治疗,观察组采取双歧杆菌三联活菌散(培菲康)联合茵栀黄口服液治疗,比较两组治疗的总有效率和黄疸的复发状况及患儿的胆红素(TCB)水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(91.1%)明显高于对照组(65.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿黄疸复发率(15.6%)明显低于对照组(28.9%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后TCB水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸效果明显,能显著降低患儿胆红素水平,复发率低,预后良好,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of live combined bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and enterococcus powder (Bifico) combined with Yinzhihuang oral liquid in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods: From April 2013 to November 2015 in our hospital, 527 children with neonatal jaundice were admised, 180 cases were randomly selected in this study, all children were divided into observation group and control group, 90 cases in each group. The control group was given Yinzhihuang oral liquid, while the observation group was given Bifico combined with Yinzhihuang oral liquid. Analysis and comparison of the two groups in the treatment of the efficiency and the recurrence of jaundice and the children’s bilirubin value (TCB) were done. Results: The total effective rate of observation was 91.1%, which was higher than control group (65.6%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The jaundice recurrence rate of observation group (15.6%) was significantly lower than the control group (28.9%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The TCB level of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Live combined bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and enterococcus powder combined with Yinzhihuang oral liquid in treatment of neonatal jaundice has good effect, can significantly reduce the level of serum bilirubin, the recurrence rate is low, the prognosis is good, it is worth of clinical application. |
