| [摘要] 目的:运用 PDCA 管理法改善门急诊患者退药情况。方法:运用 PDCA 管理法对门急诊药房退药情况进行干预并观察
效果,通过医院信息系统(HIS)收集我院门急诊药房2015年以及干预后的2016年的退药信息,应用统计学方法比较干预前后
的退药处方数、退药数量以及退药金额。 结果:运用 PDCA 管理法后门急诊退药处方数、退药数量及退药金额均下降(P均<
0.05)。 结论:PDCA 管理法能降低退药率,保障患者用药安全。 |

| [Abstract] Objective: To improve the drug withdrawal in outpatient and emergency patients with PDCA mode. Methods: To observe
the effect of drug withdrawal intervened by PDCA mode on outpatient and emergency pharmacy, the drug withdrawal information was
collected by the HIS system, compared the number of drug withdrawal prescriptions in outpatient and emergency department, the number
and amount of drug withdrawal before and after the PDCA mode. Results: The number of drug withdrawal prescriptions, the number and
amount of drug withdrawal were significantly decreased by PDCA mode (P<0.05). Conclusion: PDCA mode can significantly reduce
the rate of drug withdrawal, and ensure the safety of patients. |
