| 目的：考察复方紫草汤对咪喹莫特所致银屑病小鼠的治疗作用。方法：选取昆明种小鼠60只，随机分为正常对照组，模型对照组，复方紫草汤高、中、低剂量组和甲氨蝶呤阳性对照组。造模及给药后，采用银屑病严重程度评分标准观察银屑病小鼠皮损变化情况，采用病理切片法观察皮损组织形态学变化，免疫组化法和ELISA法分别检测皮损内和血浆内肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）的表达。结果：与模型组比较，复方紫草汤组小鼠银屑病样皮损症状缓解，疾病严重程度评分降低，表皮角质形成增殖减少，皮损内和血浆内TNF-α表达减少。结论：本研究表明复方紫草汤可通过下调TNF-α表达水平发挥缓解银屑病的作用。 |

| Compound Radix Arnebiae Decoction on Mice with Psoriasis Induced by Imiquimod |

| Objective: To probe into the therapeutic effects of compound Radix Arnebiae decoction on mice with psoriasis induced by imiquimod. Methods: Sixty Kunming mice were extracted to be randomly divided into the normal control group, the model control group, compound Radix Arnebiae decoction high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose group and the methotrexate positive control group. After modeling and administration, the psoriasis severity score standard was used to observe the changes of skin lesions in mice with psoriasis. Pathological section method was used to observe the morphological changes of skin lesions. Immunohistochemical method and ELISA method were used to detect the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in skin lesions and plasma. Results: Compared with the model group, the symptoms of psoriasis-like lesions were alleviated in the compound Radix Arnebiae decoction group, the disease severity score, epidermal keratinization proliferation and TNF-α expression in lesions and plasma decreased in the compound Radix Arnebiae decoction group. Conclusion: This study indicates that compound Radix Arnebiae decoction can alleviate psoriasis by regulating the expression level of TNF-α. |
