| 目的:研究儿童医院提供互联网药学服务的效果,以保证患儿用药的安全、有效。方法:收集我院2020 年3-4 月的互联
网处方1 016 张,并随机抽取同期门诊线下处方1 016 张,对用药患者的科室分布、诊断、用药情况、处方合理性等情况进行统计
分析。结果:我院互联网处方数量前3 位科室为内分泌科(68.21%)、皮肤科(15.16%)、呼吸内科(6.40%);线下处方数量前
3 位科室为皮肤科(37.40%)、呼吸内科(23.33%)、内分泌科(18.70%)。所涉及药品的使用情况均与就诊科室疾病诊疗范围
相符合,点评发现互联网处方的合格率99.11%,高于线下处方的98.92%。结论:互联网药学服务的实施,满足了新型冠状病
毒肺炎期间慢病患儿的药学服务需求,构建起了药学工作者全新的药学服务实践模式。 |

| Objective: To study the effect of internet pharmaceutical care provided by children's hospital, so as to ensure the safety and top three departments ranked by the number of offline prescriptions were dermatology (37郾40%), respiratory medicine ( 23郾33%) and
endocrinology (18郾70%). All the drugs involved were in line with the scope of disease diagnosis and treatment in the department. The
review showed that the qualified rate of internet prescription was 99郾11%, higher than 98郾92% of the offline prescription. Conclusion:
The implementation of internet pharmaceutical care has met the pharmaceutical care needs of children with chronic diseases during
epidemic of coronavirus disease 2019 and constructed the new pharmaceutical care practice model for pharmaceutical staff.
