| 目的:探讨儿童抽动障碍(TD)的中西结合疗法。方法:选取我院2024 年收治的TD 患儿88 例,以随机数表法分为常规
组和联合组各44 例,常规组采用盐酸硫必利+维生素D3 治疗,联合组在常规组基础上联用菖麻熄风片治疗。比较两组患儿的
治疗效果、中医证候积分、儿童行为量表(CBCL)评分、耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS) 评分、血清多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺
(5-HT)、25 羟基维生素D [25(OH)D]水平、复发率及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组患儿中医证候积分、CBCL 评分、
YGTSS 总评分、DA、5-HT 水平均下降,25(OH)D 水平均升高,且联合组改善程度均大于常规组(P 均<0. 05)。联合组总有效率
为93. 18%,高于常规组的77. 27%(P<0. 05);联合组复发率为4. 76%,低于常规组的21. 95%(P<0. 05);联合组不良反应发生
率为13. 64%,与常规组的15. 91%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论:采用菖麻熄风片+盐酸硫必利+维生素D3 治疗儿
童TD,可提高临床疗效,减少复发,且未增加不良反应风险,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Efficacy of Changma Xifeng Tablets Combined with Tiapride Hydrochloride and Vitamin D3 in the Treatmentof Children with Tic Disorders |

| Objective: To explore the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of
children with tic disorders (TD). Methods: A total of 88 children with TD admitted into our hospital in 2024 were extracted to be
divided into the conventional group and combined group via the random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The conventional group received tiapride hydrochloride+vitamin D3 , and the combined group was given Changma Xifeng tablets based on the
conventional group. The therapeutic effects, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, Children Behavior Checklist ( CBCL)
scores, Yale Global Tics Severity Scale (YGTSS) scores, serum dopamine (DA), 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), 25-hydroxyvitamin D
[25(OH)D] levels, recurrence rates and adverse drug reaction of two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the traditional
Chinese medicine syndrome scores, CBCL scores, YGTSS scores, DA, and 5-HT levels in both groups decreased, while 25(OH)D
levels increased, the improvement in the combined group was greater than that in the conventional group (P<0. 05). The total effective
rate of combined group was 93. 18%, higher than 77. 27% of conventional group (P<0. 05); the recurrence rate of combined group was
4. 76%, lower than 21. 95% of conventional group (P<0. 05); the incidence of adverse drug reactions in combined group was 13. 64%,
lower than 15. 91% in conventional group (P>0. 05). Conclusion: Changma Xifeng tablets combined with tiapride hydrochloride and
vitamin D3 in the treatment of children with TD can enhance the clinical efficacy, reduce the recurrence rate, without increasing the
adverse drug reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
