| 目的:比较环泊酚、丙泊酚及其联合阿芬太尼在儿童腰椎穿刺中的镇静效果与安全性,为临床镇静方案选择提供参考。 方法:回顾性选取潍坊市人民医院 2023 年 12 月-2025 年 7 月因疑似颅内感染行腰椎穿刺的患儿 80 例,按不同镇静方案分为 A 组(环泊酚 0. 4 mg / kg)、B 组(丙泊酚 2 mg / kg)、C 组(阿芬太尼 2~5 μg / kg+环泊酚 0. 4 mg / kg)、D 组(阿芬太尼 2~ 5 μg / kg+ 丙泊酚 2 mg / kg),每组 20 例。 比较 4 组患儿的一般资料、麻醉前(T0)和麻醉后(T1)的心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、呼吸频 率(RR)、血氧饱和度(SpO2 )及入睡时间、苏醒时间、注射痛及体动反应等。 结果:4 组患儿性别、年龄、体质量及麻醉前后 HR、 MAP、RR、SpO2 比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。 4 组患儿入睡时间比较,D 组

| Effects of Four Kinds of Intravenous Sedation Regimens for Lumbar Puncture in Children |

| Objective: To compare the sedative effects and safety of ciprofol, propofol, and the combination with alfentanil in children undergoing lumbar puncture, and to provide reference for clinical sedation regimen selection. Methods: Retrospective analysis was conducted in 80 children with lumbar puncture for suspected intracranial infection in Weifang People’s Hospital from Dec. 2023 to Jul. 2025. According to different sedation regimen, all children were divided into the group A (ciprofol 0. 4 mg / kg), group B (propofol 2 mg / kg), group C (alfentanil 2 to 5 μg / kg + ciprofol 0. 4 mg / kg) , and group D ( alfentanil 2 to 5 μg / kg + propofol 2 mg / kg) , with 20 cases in each group. General data, heart rate ( HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), respiratory rate (RR), and oxygen saturation (SpO2 ) before anesthesia ( T0) and after anesthesia ( T1) , as well as sleep onset time, recovery time, injection pain, and body movement were compared among four groups. Results: There were no statistically significant differences among four groups in gender, age, body weight, HR, MAP, RR and SpO2 before and after anesthesia (P>0. 05) .
