| 目的:评价聚乙二醇4000(福松散剂)联合西甲硅油乳剂治疗儿童便秘的效果。方法:收集2015年1-12月来我院就诊的135例便秘儿童,根据治疗方法分为A组30例、B组45例、C组60例。A组仅给予基础治疗,包括排便习惯训练、合理膳食、足量饮水、增加体育锻炼及心理治疗;B组给予基础治疗并口服聚乙二醇4000;C组给予基础治疗同时口服聚乙二醇4000及西甲硅油乳剂。随访观察三组患儿接受治疗后便秘症状缓解情况及不良反应发生情况。结果:B组、C组治愈率及总有效率均高于A组,C组治愈率及总有效率高于B组(P均<0.05),三组患儿肝肾功能在治疗前后均无明显变化。结论:聚乙二醇4000及西甲硅油乳剂均对儿童便秘有治疗效果,但聚乙二醇4000联合西甲硅油乳剂治疗效果更佳,且不会增加不良反应,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of polyethylene glycol 4000 (Forlax powder) combined with simethicone emulsion in the treatment of children constipation. Methods: A total of 135 children with constipation in our hospital were selected from January to December 2015. According to the different treatment methods, all children were ivided into three groups, 30 children in group A, 45 children in group B and 60 children in group. Group A was only received basic treatment, group B was given basic treatment and oral polyethylene glycol 4000, group C was treated with polyethylene glycol 4000 and simethicone emulsion. Constipation symptoms and adverse reactions were observed in three groups after treatment. Results: The cure rate and total effective rate of group B and group C were significantly higher than those of group A, the cure rate and the total efficiency of group C were higher than those of group B (P<0.05), there were no significant changes in the liver and kidney function in three groups before and after atment. Conclusion: Polyethylene glycol 4000 is effective in treating constipation in children, but the combined use of simethicone emulsion is better and will not increase the adverse effects, so it is worth popularizing. |
