| 目的:探讨PDCA循环法在我院临床科室麻醉药品和精神药品(麻精药品)管理中的应用效果。方法:在对麻精药品临床使用科室的管理中引入PDCA循环管理模式,通过分析问题、制定改进计划、监督实施及再检查、再整改逐步改善麻精药品管理质量。结果:应用PDCA循环管理模式后,临床科室麻精药品管理存在的问题明显减少。结论:PDCA循环管理法可促进麻精药品管理质量的提高,值得推广应用。 |

| Objective: To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation method in narcotic and psychotropic drugs management of our hospital clinical departments. Methods: PDCA circulation model was introduced in narcotic and psychotropic drugs management of clinical departments. Management quality was improved by analyzing problems, making improvement plan, supervising enforcement, inspection and rectification again. Results: The problems found in narcotic and psychotropic drugs management of clinical departments were reduced distinctly after the introduction of PDCA circulation model. Conclusion: PDCA circulation method can improve the management quality of narcotic and psychotropic drugs. It is worth to application. |
