目的:比较3%高渗盐水、生理盐水鼻腔冲洗辅助治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征的近期疗效。方法:选择2014年3月至2015年11月我院儿科及耳鼻喉科门诊诊断为上气道咳嗽综合征(UACS)的患儿126例,按随机数表法分为A、B、C三组:A组37例采用常规治疗,即根据原发病采用抗感染、抗过敏等治疗,同时避免接触过敏原;B组、C组在A组基础上,加用鼻腔冲洗护理器对鼻腔进行冲洗,B组46例采用3%高渗盐水,C组43例采用生理盐水。三组患儿均治疗2周,采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)判断疗效。结果:治疗后,A、B、C三组VAS评分分别为(3.14±1.34)分、(2.33±0.92)分、(2.47±0.98)分,B组、C组均低于A组(t分别为3.399、2.769,P均<0.01),而B组与C组比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.607,P>0.05)。结论:盐水鼻腔冲洗辅助治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征有较好的临床效果,3%高渗盐水与生理盐水近期疗效相当,因此,建议临床优先选用生理盐水。 |

Objective: To compare the short-term therapeutic effect of 3% and 0.9% sodium chloride nasal irrigation as an adjunctive treatment of upper airway cough syndrome in children. Methods: According to the visiting time, a total of 126 patients with upper airway cough syndrome were enrolled. Patients were classified into three groups. Groups A included 37 cases was treated with antibiotic or anti-allergy medications, they were also recommended to avoid contact with allergens. On the basis of standard treatment, group B included 46 cases received nasal irrigation with 3% hypertonic saline solution, while groups C included 43 cases was adminisered with 0.9% saline solution. This study investigated the effectiveness of 2 weeks of nasal irrigation by evaluating visual analog scale (VAS) scores. Results: The VAS scores in the group A and B were both lower than that in the group A (t=3.399, 2.769, P<0.01). No significant differences were detected between group B and group C (t=0.607, P>0.05). Conclusion: Nasal irrigation is an effective adjuvant treatment for upper airway cough syndrome in children. The short-term therapeutic effect of nasal irrigation with 3% hypertonic saline solution is not superior to that with 0.9% saline solution. |
